Option #1
Add flavoring
Quantity based on hopper & batch size
Mix it up
Pour and wire whip Sweet Perfection mix at the same time for 3 minutes making sure to stir the product in quickly.
Sit Up time
Cover mix and let it “sit up” in cooler for 30 minutes
Add to hopper
After 30 minutes, uncover, stir once more time, and add to your hopper
Option #2
Add Water
Add 1 gallon of water to bucket
Add flavoring
Quantity based on hopper & batch size
Mix it up
Pour and wire whip Sweet Perfection mix at the same time for 3 minutes making sure to stir the product in quickly.
Immersion Blend
Use a 10 inch Immersion Blender for additional 3 minutes. This will immediately accelerate the “creaminess” in the product.
Add to hopper
Pour Sweet Perfection directly into hopper. Enjoy!
